Elena has over 15 years of experience assisting Italian and multinational companies with a business-oriented approach, specializing in national and international contracts, competition law, industrial property law, and privacy. She supports companies in defining and implementing commercial strategies, including go-to-market, distribution architectures, and digitization projects, assisting them with internal compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, has participated in Confindustria Economic Missions, and is a member of young entrepreneurs’ associations. She is also a member of the Permanent Observatory on the Application of Competition Rules (osservatorioantitrust.eu).
