Sara Tassinari advises clients on commercial law, commercial contracts and intellectual property matters, representing them in both litigation and out-of-court proceedings. She has gained significant experience in providing legal advice to companies, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, business-to-business relationships and related disputes, as well as the protection of intellectual property rights. She further developed her expertise in intellectual property law by completing a postgraduate Master’s programme, with a particular focus on trademarks and copyright.
