Matteo Marchesiello provides legal assistance in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and commercial and corporate contracts. After graduating with a Master's degree in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in July 2021, he worked as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in Milan, gained in-house experience and, following his admission to the bar, worked with an international law firm. He has been working with B&C Legal Corporate since February 2026.
